By accessing and using the website located at southelmontetreeservice.com (the "Site") or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from South El Monte Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
South El Monte Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in South El Monte, CA and surrounding communities in the San Gabriel Valley. Services include, but are not limited to, tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are subject to our availability, the specific conditions of your property, and the terms of a written service agreement or estimate accepted by both parties.
All estimates provided by South El Monte Tree Service are based on an in-person assessment of your property and the specific work requested. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. If conditions on-site differ materially from those assessed at the time of the estimate - for example, a tree is found to be more structurally compromised than visible, or additional hazards are discovered - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised quote. No additional work will be performed without your approval.
Prices may vary based on tree size, location, access difficulty, proximity to structures or utility lines, and current local conditions. Permit fees, if required by the applicable municipality, are not included in estimates unless explicitly stated in writing.
Once a written estimate is accepted and a work date is scheduled, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We request at least 24 hours notice for standard jobs. Emergency service scheduling may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available date that is convenient for you.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as specified in your written service agreement. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, which will be outlined in your estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels.
